Biography
Hi! I'm Zoe I am originally from McMinnville, OR, and completed my bachelor's in St. Peter, MN at Gustavus Adolphus College.
During undergrad, I spent January of 2020 in Berlin and Amsterdam, the Spring semester of 2022 at Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden, and January of 2023 in the French Riviera. Suffice to say, I have seen a lot of old churches.
Outside of political science and dreaming about Western Europe, I love all things hand-crafty; crochet is my main medium, but I also love knitting, sewing, and embroidering. Additionally, I'm a bit of a wine snob (being from the Willamette Valley and all), and I love to listen to NPR podcasts with my three-legged cat, Lu.
