Political Science Department Scholarships
The Department of Political Science offers a number of scholarships each year made possible by the generosity of our alumni, faculty, and friends. Please follow the links below for eligibility criteria and application procedures.
David Allen Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship, named in honor of Dr. David Allen, a beloved member of the Political Science faculty, provides funds to support a student of junior or senior standing who has been accepted to a study abroad program.
Deborah M. Barney Memorial Award: This award provides support to a student in their final semester at CSU who has been accepted to law school.
Thomas K. McQueen Political Science Scholarship: Thomas McQueen received his Political Science degree from Colorado State University in 1971 and has gone on to a distinguished career in law. This scholarship supports an undergraduate student majoring in Political Science interested in a career in law or government service.
Lang Political Science Scholarship: Eugene A. Lang, Jr. received his Political Science degree from Colorado State University in 1975 and is a well-respected lawyer currently practicing in Denver, Colorado. This scholarship supports a senior political science major who has been involved in campus or community activities.
Political Science Scholarship: The Political Science Scholarship recognizes an outstanding junior, senior, or graduate Political Science student.
