Biography
Served in the US Army as an all-source intelligence analyst from 2015-2019, deploying to Iraq from May 2007-July 2008.
Returned to complete a bachelor's degree in political science and sociology from 2009-2011, and an MA in demography from 2011-2012 at UC Irvine.
Transitioned to Harvard to complete an MA and a PhD in political science from 2012-2019.
Taught a wide variety of courses from across the political science spectrum, from the American presidency, to the political economy of globalization, to American racial politics, to international humanitarian aid, etc.
Conducted research on identity, communication, media, and political psychology.
Currently working on the Straayer Center's focus on Democracy.
