Democratic Accountability and Responsiveness: the Trump Lawsuits in Context
American democracy continues to face serious challenges by politicians willing to subvert democracy for power, the biggest of which remains the open issue of the events of January 6th. As the courts and other political institutions continue to grapple with these challenges, this panel will address these issues from political, institutional, and legalistic frameworks.
