“Mobilizing Doubt: The Legal Mobilization of Climate Denialist Groups.”
Aaron Ley is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at University of Rhode Island. His primary research interests focus on questions of law and policy, particularly how environmental groups mobilize law in the policymaking process and how they strategically select policymaking venues for pursuing their policy goals. His research has appeared in Law & Society Review, Society & Natural Resources, Review of Policy Research, and Environmental Politics.
