About: Chelsea received her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Indiana University, and her M.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University. Chelsea’s research interests focus on the intersections between the neoliberal subject and political ecology, including the production of particular discursive configurations of power that imbue subjects with particular characteristics. More specifically, Chelsea is interested in how environmental concern can be fostered in a neoliberal context, utilizing the insights of Michel Foucault and those he has influenced in environmental political theory.
