Youngsung Kim is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Administration in the Department of Political Science at Colorado State University. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the University at Albany – SUNY. His research focuses on public budgeting and finance, education finance and policy, and local government management. He is particularly interested in understanding the accountable and efficient ways to allocate and manage financial resources for public organizations. His articles have appeared in Public Management Review, National Tax Journal, Public Budgeting and Finance, Local Government Studies, and State and Local Government Review.
